4th art for conservation auction
hosted by the platform gallery in partnership with the boucher legacy
where art protects the wild
South Africa is home to some of the world’s most extraordinary wildlife and some of its most compelling contemporary artists. The Art for Conservation auction brings these worlds together.
The auction is grounded in a clear conviction:Â That creativity carries influence. That value and responsibility can coexist. And that the strongest art investments can have a larger and measurable long-term impact.Â
To date:
Over R1.5 million raised for conservation.
Over R1.5 million paid directly to artists.
This is collecting with purpose.
What your bid makes possible
Proceeds directly support The Boucher Legacy’s critical conservation work, including:
- Rhino protection and anti-poaching initiatives
- Pangolin rescue, rehabilitation and anti-trafficking efforts
- African wild dog conservation, protecting one of Africa’s most endangered predators
Every artwork sold contributes to safeguarding South Africa’s wildlife.
